Moranbah Arts is a not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting The Arts and cultures in the Moranbah and surrounding community. Moranbah Arts was founded in 1974 and continues to thrive in Central Queensland.
Moranbah Arts has been in our community for a number of years promoting & coordinating festivals, concerts, workshops and seminars each year featuring a variety of performing artists local and from afar. We also assist local artists by directing them to funding and getting started. We offer something a little different for everyone to enjoy and experience for young children to adults
Moranbah Arts works to enhance the social and economic development of the district and nutures the growing Arts community by providing opportunities for performing and visual artists; and those interested in The Arts. Moranbah Arts can support individuals to discover possible Arts pathways & realise their potential as an artist.
Moranbah Arts encompasses a range of artistic groups which is growing as each year passes. Our core artistic groups are:
